I confirm that I have not made payment of any other amount to anybody other than deposited in the prescribed institute account. I solemnly declare and confirm that I am duly qualified to take admission in the course for which I have applied and all the certificates and testimonials attached with my application are true and valid. I have fully satisfied myself about the legal status of the University i.e. it is an autonomous statutory body with regulations making power for it's functioning and the University is duly authorized and competent to take my admission in the course for which I have applied and also to award the degree / diploma as per rules and regulation of the University. I also undertake not to ever raise any objection about Universities legal status to take my admission and award degrees on qualifying prescribed examinations. I also undertake not to demand refund of fee/charges paid by me. In case of any dispute/differences/claim of any value settlement by University arbitration clause shall be applicable.
I shall always follow the rules and regulations of the University and in case of any breach thereto, I shall be liable to be penalized for the same which may include expulsion from the University.

As per law and legal opinion University is empowered by authority of law to award degree's, diplomas, & certificate in all course of Education, there being no requirement to take approval from any other authorities all certificate degrees diplomas certificate awarded by University are Sui - generis valid in law and degree/diploma/certificate holders are automatically entitled to be recognised for government jobs and for Registration with all Professional Council. I have gone through the above terms and conditions. After having done my own Checks & due-diligence I am enrolling for BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY Courses at S.N. ………………………………….. From above list along-with KRIVA INSTITUTE Courses as per KRIVA INSTITUTE Admission Form. Acceptance is on-line through email / mobile Application does not require any signatures / self-certification. Applicant’s acceptance is acknowledgement by default and it shall be binding on the applicant.
On receipt of above Acceptance email / Mobile App & Scan of documents from the Applicant KRIVA INSTITUTE will do 1st stage checking and accept fee and then process admission for University and KRIVA INSTITUTE Courses. Once University accepts admission then Student Login ID will be generated and intimated to the Applicant. Please study Theory / Demo / Practical & Put Best Efforts and Prepare for Examinations Etc. On Scheduled Dates for All the Courses.

RULES & REGULATIONS


1. Acceptance of candidate’s form is at sole discretion of BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY not KRIVA INSTITUTE.
2. Change of address/ mobile/ email should be informed immediately to KRIVA INSTITUTE & BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY also for communication.
3. Fees charged from the student comprises: University Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Late payment, Tuition Fee for all Semesters, Examination Fee, Mark sheet/ Certification Fee, GST, Courier Charges & KRIVA INSTITUTE courses fees. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances
4. UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS WILL BE APPLICABLE IN ALL CASES LAID DOWN IN THEIR PROSPECTUS AND /
OR NOT LIMITING TO ONLY FOLLOWING & STUDENTS HAVE TO ABIDE BY THEM & PAY RELEVANT FEE EXTRA AT THAT TIME.
a) Change of Syllabus
b) Non- Appearing in examination on scheduled dates and reschedule fee Rs 3000 or more
c) Failing in any paper or in Practical and re-examination Rs 3000 or more
d) Loss of Original University Certificate / Mark sheet in postal / Courier / Transcript. Students have to email BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY For transcripts themselves and pay their relevant Fee Rs 1500 or more as per that time.
5. Transcripts if required by Applicant any time in life, Fee Rs 10000/- will have to be paid extra at that time to KRIVA INSTITUTE to get KRIVA INSTITUTE TRANSCRIPT. Also please note the transcript fee is not included in Fee paid to KRIVA INSTITUTE now for courses.
6. Certificate will be issued by the university which may take up-to 1 year after you have cleared Final exam e.g. For MSC it will be 1 year after 2year exam.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL KRIVA INSTITUTE AND ASK MSC CERTIFICATE ANYTIME UNLESS 2ND YEAR EXAM IS GIVEN BY YOU.
ALSO KINDLY NOTE THAT KRIVA INSTITUTE IS AUTHORIZED BY BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY AS ADMISSION FACILITATOR / COURSE COLLABORATOR AND INTERNSHIP CENTER FOR BIR TIKENDRAJIT UNIVERSITY BUT FOR ALL OTHER ISSUES THE RESPONSIBILITY RESTS WITH THE UNIVERSITY.

1. Examinations are held every 6 months for 6 months courses and yearly if doing MSC.
2. Also note if any exam is missed it will be after 6 months and thus certificate issue date will be delayed
3. We will not be accepting any queries later after your email acceptance to this email that the consultant misguided you.
